Dr. Hakim K. Barot is a Consultant General, Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgeon at Saifee Hospital. Dr. Barot has completed MBBS from Mumbai University and Post Graduate D. N. B. In General Surgery from the National Board. He has a Fellowship in Laparoscopic and Advanced GI Surgery (MUM) and has also received Certified Training in Robotic Surgery (USA).

He specializes in the surgical treatment diseases of the abdomen, including gallbladder, appendix, hernia and small and large intestinal problems including Cancer.

He is a pioneer in Minimally Invasive Robotic General Surgery in India.

His practice also includes treatment of Thyroid, Breast, Varicose veins, Pilonidal Sinus, Piles, Fissure and Fistula in Ano, which can be treated with Laser surgery.

Management of patients with Diabetic Foot Conditions also has a special interest for him, especially in Limb preservation of the patient.
